Taken from Origin Made's 'Weaver Collection', the 'Low Stool' was designed by Gabriel Tan and handcrafted by Maria Adelina and Carlos Barbosa. Prompted by an encounter between Tan and Adelina, the last known weaver in the Portuguese furniture producing town of Paços Ferreira, the stool's design speaks to Adelina's passion for her craft through the use of simple materials and a focus on robust solid wood profiles and the application of paper cord weaving.
